Information
On 7 and 8 June 2025, an air show is scheduled at Beale Air Force Base in California. Beale is home to the U-2 Dragon Lady fleet. With the U-2 slated for withdrawal in a couple of years, this is probably the last opportunity to see them at their home base.
After visiting the air show we will stay in California and make our way towards San Diego, visiting several aircraft and aviation locations along the way. Think off spending time near NAS Lemoore, NAS North Island and Fresno. We will also pass several museums and can have a look at CalFire aircraft.
We expect the tour to be around 8 or 9 days, starting in San Francisco and ending in San Diego.
