EAA AirVenture Oshkosh 2025

Information

4Aviation will travel to the incomparable AirVenture in Oshkosh for its 6th time in 2025. During the week you will be amazed by the, literally, thousands of aircraft present in all shapes and sizes; light aviation, experimental aircraft, seaplanes, homebuilt kits, warbirds, modern military aircraft, ultralights, etc.. If it flies you will encounter it here! We will see them arrive, be able to inspect them on the ground, often also see them perform in the air and see a large number of them depart again.

Every day a different theme in the air show and on the ground also many stands where you can indulge yourself with all facets of aviation.

The show is from 21 to 27 July and the tour will last from 19 to 28 July 2025.

Itinerary

The itinerary that follows is to be considered as preliminary.

We will fly to the United States on Saturday 19 July 2025 and return to the Netherlands on Monday 28 July 2025.

During this tour we visit the Wittman Regional Airport every day to watch the thousands of aircraft movements. The event has not officially started on Sunday, but the arrivals are a lot of fun to experience. Monday to Saturday we will visit the show for as long as we want.

As with all our tours, we are flexible and can often accommodate the individual wishes of the participants.

Tour cost

Price for this tour is € 2949,- per person. This price includes:

  • Flight from The Netherlands to the USA
  • Flight from the USA to The Netherlands
  • Hotel accommodation (middle class hotels, twin share room basis, two beds and ensuite bathroom)
  • All transportation in the USA
  • € 9,- contribution to GGTO

You can also book this tour without the airline tickets. In that case you will have to take care of the transportation to and from the USA. The price for the tour without airline tickets is € 1949,- per person. The single-room supplement for this tour is € 465,-.

Not included:

  • individual travel insurance
  • entrance fees for museums or airshows
  • all meals
  • all personal expenditures

It is possible to arrange a travel and/or cancellation insurance via 4Aviation. We can only offer these insurances to residents of The Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.

Insurance is provided by a.s.r. and Allianz Global Assistance. We mediate in insurance policies and receive commission from a.s.r. and Allianz Global Assistance. Their complaints handling can be found here: a.s.r. and Allianz.
