    Every year, on the second Saturday of January, Thailand celebrates Children’s Day. Besides a variety of festivities the Thai Air Force has open days on all their bases. Additionally, a number of army bases are open to the public. Like in 2013, we plan to visit some of these options in January 2018.

    Itinerary

    The itinerary that follows is to be considered as preliminary.

    On Sunday 7 January we will fly to Thailand and return to the Netherlands on Sunday 14 January 2018.

    Planning is still work in progress but we will visit Don Muang on Children’s day.

    Besides that, we plan to visit the Tango squadron at Chiang Mai and several locations around Bangkok.

    Tour cost

    Price for this tour is € 1599,- per person. This price includes:

    • Flight from The Netherlands to Thailand
    • Flight from Thailand to The Netherlands
    • Hotel accommodation (middle class hotels, twin share room basis, two beds and ensuite bathroom)
    • All transportation in Thailand

    You can also book this tour without the airline tickets. In that case you will have to take care of the transportation to and from thThailand. The price for the tour without airline tickets is € 949,- per person. The single-room supplement for this tour is € 275,-.

    • individual travel insurance
    • entrance fees for museums or airshows
    • all meals
    • all personal expenditures
