Information

The African Aerospace & Defence will return to Waterkloof in South Africa 2024. The event will take place from 18 to 22 September 2024 and we will be there from 15-22 September. This is the ultimate opportunity to capture all possible aircraft and helicopter types of the South African Air Force. and a couple of surrounding forces. For this, we will organise a tour to this friendly country once again!

Itinerary

The itinerary that follows is to be considered as preliminary.

On Sunday 15 September 2024 we will fly to South Africa and return to the Netherlands on Monday 23 September 2024.

The plan at this moment is to visit the Africa Aerospace and Defence Expo (AAD) on several days and also visit the SAAF museum at Swartkop.

The itinerary will be very comparable to the previous tours we did to South Africa in 2018 and 2022.

Tour cost

Price for this tour is € 2149,- per person. This price includes:

  • Flight from The Netherlands to South Africa
  • Flight from South Africa to The Netherlands
  • Hotel accommodation (middle class hotels, twin share room basis, two beds and ensuite bathroom)
  • All transportation in South Africa
  • € 9,- contribution to GGTO

You can also book this tour without the airline tickets. In that case you will have to take care of the transportation to and from South Africa. The price for the tour without airline tickets is € 1299,- per person. The single-room supplement for this tour is € 325,-.

Not included:

  • individual travel insurance
  • entrance fees for museums or airshows
  • all meals
  • all personal expenditures
