Israel yearly opens the doors of some of their bases during Independence Day celebrations in April. 4Aviation intends to organise a short tour to this event again in 2020.

Itinerary

The itinerary that follows is to be considered as preliminary.

On Saturday 25 April we will fly to Israel and return to the Netherlands on Thursday 30 April 2020.

During the trip we will visit the open days at the base Ramat David and Haifa. We visit Ben Gurion airport where we can take pictures from the control tower and the general aviation airport Herzliya. Then of course we visit the unique air force museum at the base Hatzerim. We will also take a look outside at Hatzerim (F-15, F-16, M-346 and T-6) and Nevatim (B707, C-130 and F-35). Finally, there is always a large flypast to celebrate Independence Day.

Tour cost

Price for this tour is € 1399,- per person. This price includes:

  • Flight from The Netherlands to Israel
  • Flight from Israel to The Netherlands
  • Hotel accommodation (middle class hotels, twin share room basis, two beds and ensuite bathroom)
  • All transportation in Israel
  • € 15,- contribution to GGTO

You can also book this tour without the airline tickets. In that case you will have to take care of the transportation to and from Israel. The price for the tour without airline tickets is € 999,- per person. The single-room supplement for this tour is € 225,- (very limited availability). On this tour we also have the possibility for a triple room (very limited availability). Then you will get a € 125,- reduction on the total price (send us a separate email if you wish to stay in the triple room).
