Andravida – Exercise Iniochos – April 2025

Information

We have heard from the Hellenic Air Force that in 2025 the Iniochos exercise at the Andravida base will take place again. The exercise will be held from 31 March to 10 April 2025. In recent years, the air forces of France, Israel, Italy, Spain, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom and the United States, among others, participated in this exercise with a nice selection of combat aircraft. In addition, every fighter squadron in Greece sent out a quartet of aircraft.

That combined with the hospitality of the Hellenic Air Force should result in a nice visit during the spotters day, which is scheduled for Wednesday 2 April 2025.

We have already visited this exercise in 2018, 2019, 2022, 2023 and twice in 2024 2024-2.

Itinerary

The itinerary that follows is to be considered as preliminary.

On Tuesday 1 April we will fly to Greece from Düsseldorf Airport (Germany)* and return there on Thursday 3 April 2025.

On Wednesday 2 April we will then visit the spotters day. According to the Hellenic Air Force, details about the registration process for this day will follow at the end of January. Any fees for this (€ 20,- in 2024) are NOT included in the tour price.

Tour cost

Price for this tour is € 699,- per person. This price includes:

  • Flight from Germany (Düsseldorf) to Greece
  • Flight from Greece to Germany (Düsseldorf)
  • Hotel accommodation (middle class hotels, twin share room basis, two beds and ensuite bathroom)
  • All transportation in Greece
  • € 9,- contribution to GGTO

You can also book this tour without the airline tickets. In that case you will have to take care of the transportation to and from Greece. The price for the tour without airline tickets is € 474,- per person. The single-room supplement for this tour is € 200,-.

Not included:

  • individual travel insurance
  • entrance fees for museums or airshows
  • all meals
  • all personal expenditures
